They value their history. The ability to watch it back is a special thing.
1. The core of the planet is a living being, whose only motivation is to maintain equilibrium in the environment.
2. The crystal filters all of the water on the planet through itself, distributing microscopic shards of itself in the process.
4. The crystals that grow naturally and those that are absorbed into the flora and fauna can share the power of the planet, given abilities to aid in their lives
3. These shards, which are still in contact with the main body, become intertwined with all the life of the planet.
1. All live on the planet has an energy source, called a soul, that can spiritually interact with others.
1a. When in direct communication with the consciousness of the planet, the body is given increased physical capabilities.
1b. When the soul’s desire is to help others, the consciousness in the planet can grant magical abilities based on the atomic structure of the crystal used to communicate.
The living crystal that makes up the core of this planet distributes parts of itself throughout the world using the natural movement of water on land and within life.
Plants and animals intake these crystals, and they disperse through the body without causing harm. The crystals are absorbed into certain parts of the body to aid in the food chain and other natural processes. (Predation, mobility, etc.) If the abilities granted were useful over time, their physiology has changed to become reliant on it. When life ends, the microscopic pieces of crystal are distributed back into the ecosystem through the water cycle.
